In 2016, Gerald started the journey into Construction and Real Estate through the electrical field in the lighting retrofit industry, as a business developer and project manager, converting lighting fixtures in commercial buildings to LED. This opened doors and the mindset to start working in the General Contracting space in 2018.

Fun Fact:

Gerald ran a large club basketball program (Team Recruit) from 2012 - 2016 before finishing out his coaching days with Powerhouse Hoops as skills trainer and one of the U17 Head Coaches.
