Gerald Turner is an experienced professional leader who has built his career on solid business development and project management skillsets. A General Contractor professional, with a real estate license coming soon, he has started a handful of successful business ventures, primarily in commercial and residential real estate arenas.

 

Since 2020, Gerald has uncovered, developed and managed construction and real estate projects within various industries, including but not limited to public utility companies, hotels, restaurants, high end custom homes, short term rentals and residential fix & flips, as well as negotiated electrical and plumbing contracts with General Contractors and Developers.

In general, he loves business opportunities and thrives off of finding them. Gerald launched an innovative patented apparel line, in 2009, that was licensed out to companies to sell in college bookstores across the nation. In 2012, the apparel line, formerly known as 2Tone, was recognized as a Top Innovator of the year by the Apparel Magazine, alongside major name brands. (Read Here).
